The parts tend to be about 8" x 8" and about 3/4" deep. Final wall thickness after taking the internal material out is about 1/16". we do some that are a little bigger, probably 10"x 12" and about 1.5" deep and a triangle that is 17" high and 13" base, this is only about 1/4" thick.

I use these, and i have found they make fixturing a breeze for certain parts. They come with a blunt or knife edge to them, the ones i have only grab .15" of the part.
